Delicious ham & cheese puffs from Panade, a petite neighborhood hangout on the Lower East Side owned by a friend of a friend. Ate the last two today with some yummy scrambled eggs. I do kick ass at making scrambled eggs, I must say. It's a good thing I don't live closer to her shop or I would be eating these every day.

good lord. i would eat those every, single day. they'd go right to my butt though and i'd have two, large ham and cheese puffs in place of my tush. HAHA!
